With great excitement, we officially announce the release of our 2006 Dedication!  This marks the 5^th release of this exclusive wine.  Andy continued the family tradition by dedicating this vintage to his “big sister”, Diana.  Blended in the Bordeaux style , this wine is made up of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec, all of which is estate grown.  2006 Dedication embodies the power and finesse of Spring Mountain with rich layering of cherries, red plums, dark chocolate, leather, coriander, with the quintessential “earthiness” of Bordeaux blends.

This is a limited release of 420 cases.

We were greeted with a fresh blanket of snow this morning at Schweiger Vineyards.  It is absolutely beautiful and adds to the holiday spirit.  It is also just what the grape vines need right now as they settle on into their long winter’s nap and rest up for next year’s grape growing season.  Here is a photo for you to enjoy a different landscape - Schweiger Vineyards with snow!
