Family Cuvee

Family Cuvee is a fun red blend that winemaker Andy Schweiger came up with just for the wine club.  It showcases one of our smallest varietals – both in berry size and amount of vines planted – Petite Sirah. This provides incredibly rich color and flavor profiles that envelop you into a cozy wine perfect for the turning of fall into the holiday season.  With less than 200 cases produced each year, don’t miss your chance to stock up for the winter!

VINTAGE AND WINEMAKER’S NOTES: The most structured of our club label wines, this has a bubbling strawberry jam aroma and flavor trellised with very structured tannins, dark chocolate, leathery baking spices, and layered complexities of its many blended varietals—including Petite Sirah.  Try it with a sharp white cheddar cheese on a peppered shortbread with a drizzle of strawberry balsamic glaze.
