Hints of red plum, cedar, oak, and licorice linger on the palate having been harmoniously integrated for 32 months in French oak barrels. Our 2015 Vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon has a distinct elegance, grown on the eastern slopes of Spring Mountain, with a delicate balance of youthful grit and a velvety mouthfeel.
Hints of cherry, plum, and blackberry permeate this wine alongside leather and baking spices making this Cabernet Franc perfect for a late lunch of dried cherry-glazed duck or salmon. Our 2016 Cabernet Franc possesses an elegant floral and stone-fruit bouquet, delightful acidity, noble gamey‐ness and lingering charm.
Hints of grapefruit, jasmine, kiwi, peach, apricot, and banana permeate our 18th release of Sauvignon Blanc. This wine’s fruit characters make themselves known with a mouth-watering acidity, rounding viscosity, and a long, tropical finish. Our Sauvignon Blanc is best served between 52 and 58 degrees F (an average refrigerator after two hours).

Bold cherry, plum, strawberry, and pomegranate Flavors burst from the nose of our 2016 Malbec and continue to fill a rich, lengthy mouthfeel with mocha, cherry cola, fennel, and sarsaparilla. Our Malbec’s velvety entry resolves with a juicy, mouth‐watering acidity. Pair with a crispy duck, or seafood paella to really make it sing.
Hints of steely graphite, lychee, baking spices, and pepper permeate our Gate Block wine – named after the section of our vineyard nearest to the entrance. The rocky, unforgiving soils of our Gate Block yield small, intensely flavored berries with thick skins and powerful tannins. Pair with a rich, marbled brisket or lamb with a hint of char.
Hints of blackberry, blueberry, pomegranate, & casis emerge from the nose of our inaugural Montaire alongside other cherry components creating a finish that lingers in the mouth with focused tannins, balanced fruit & acidity. The name “Montaire” is a combination of the latin word “Montare” & “Air,” due to the clean air we enjoy at elevation
Hints of baked pear, meringue, honeysuckle, peach blossom, and rose water permeates our 2017 Napuro – a port that combines fermenting Chardonnay juice with brandy. This outstanding dessert wine releases a wonderful perfume aroma. Enjoy with your favorite pear tart, dried figs, blue cheese, or other magical creations.
The aroma of this vintage is all dark chocolate, blackberry, and black cherry, with a hint of paprika. It is a richly layered, juicy wine begging you to come back for more. Food pairings that instantly came to mind were Chicken Tikka Masala, and a roast beef sandwich with blue cheese and figs.
The most structured of our club-label wines, this has a bubbling strawberry jam aroma and flavor trellised with very structured tannins, dark chocolate, leathery baking spices, and layered complexities of its many blended varietals. Pair with sharp white cheddar cheese on a peppered shortbread with a drizzle of strawberry balsamic.
