VINTAGE AND WINEMAKER'S NOTES: You hold in your hand an exclusively crafted wine made with appreciation for our Schweiger Vineyards wine club family. This limited production Family Cuvee is composed entirely of estate grown varietals: 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petite Sirah and 1% Merlot. This blend melds intense coffee, toffee, and earth aromas with elegant, jammy blackberry, currant, Herbs de Provence, and ripe cherry.

AGE OF VINES AND SOIL TYPE: 23-31 year old vines planted in deep volcanic soils at a 2000' elevation.

AVE. FERMENTATION TIME/TEMPERATURE RANGE: 12 days, 65–92 F
FERMENTATION CONTAINER/MACERATION: Open fermentation in small containers, punched down twice a day.
