2023 Chardonnay
Experience a vibrant opening with aromas of white peach, nectarine, and hibiscus, leading to a juicy, refreshing flavor of melon. A delicate hint of vanilla adds a creamy sweetness, while the entry is supple and smooth. Subtle notes of oak and vanilla spice gently linger on the finish, creating a well-balanced and harmonious profile that is both elegant and approachable.
2022 Pinot Noir
Straight out of the glass burst vibrant bouquets of fresh strawberries and maraschino cherries, leading to a rich core of juicy plum and dried fig. On the palate, layers of bright berry and cherry notes unfold, offering a luscious fruit-forward profile. The finish is rounded by subtle earthy undertones, reminiscent of a forest after a gentle rain, providing a refreshing balance to the wine's juicy complexity.
2019 Merlot
Rich blueberry, cherry, and boysenberry dominate the nose with notes of toasted vanilla from our 100% French oak aging (approx. 50% new). The mouthfeel truly showcases how extended barrel aging only enhances our Spring Mountain District terroir. The finish is intricately layered with balanced acidity, lush tannins, and fruit components that linger on and on.
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
Immerse yourself in intense aromas of blackberry and cherry, interwoven with subtle hints of menthol and eucalyptus, creating a fresh, inviting nose. On the palate, vibrant dark fruits like blackberry and stone fruit are complemented by the richness of toasted oak. The wine showcases a velvety mouthfeel that gracefully coats the palate, while its layered and rich tannins provide structure and complexity. The finish is long and smooth, with a refreshing lift from the herbal notes, balancing out the depth of the fruit and oak.
2019 Dedication
Our proprietary blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec. Greeting the palate with a silky-rich entry, this wine unfolds in waves of blackberry, blueberry preserves, and boysenberry syrup, creating a luscious, fruit-forward experience. The bing cherry adds a touch of brightness, while hints of dark chocolate and dried sage provide complexity and depth. The mid-palate offers layered fruit that builds in intensity, leading to a long, lingering finish where balanced acidity and firm yet smooth tannins bring structure and elegance.
2018 Montaire Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine opens with bold aromas of baking spices and rich blackberry, reminiscent of freshly baked cobbler. On the palate, vibrant bing cherry and pomegranate emerge, layered with a rustic note of rhubarb. Earthy undertones of forest floor add depth, grounding the fruit-forward character. The finish is assertive, with aggressive tannins that grip the palate, leaving a lingering spice and complexity.
Iteration XVIII
Our solera of Port style wines continues to expand with this release. Comprised of 18 different vintages ranging from 1997 – 2021, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine bursts with vibrant sweet cherry and chocolate-covered cordial in an opulent introduction. The palate reveals luscious pear and candied citrus peel, adding complexity and zest. The finish is a sumptuous blend of caramel, providing a velvety, lingering embrace.
