Shipping FAQ

Q. What states do you ship to?

A. Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas (on-premise sales only), California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky (wet counties only), Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Q. Do I need to be home to sign for my wine?

A. Wine delivery requires an adult signature (at least 21 years old). We recommend shipping your wine to a business address to ensure there are no missed delivery attempts. Additional charges may apply for returned, re-shipped or re-redirected packages. Wine will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. We use UPS Ground as our default shipping method but are happy to work with you and send your package via FedEx Ground if preferred. We offer UPS Summer Solutions and FedEx Cold Chain shipping during May-September to ensure your wines are protected all the way to your door.

Q. My wine was damaged - what do I do?

A. We're sorry to hear your wine was damaged en route to your home. If you received a broken bottle please take a picture and contact us right away, or refuse shipment from shipper. We're happy to work with you and replace your package.
