A signature highlight of the Festival each year, the Master Classes of Forks & Corks University offer a unique opportunity to taste, learn, and engage with the world of wine.

Guests who “enroll” will enjoy a guided, interactive tasting experience led by a panel of acclaimed winemakers and wine industry professionals. Each 90-minute seminar includes 12 expertly selected wine tastings and a pairing plate of light bites curated to complement the featured varietals.

Raise your glasses – pint or stemware (or both!) – at this classic burger cookout that brings the weekend’s chefs together to share their beloved burger recipes. Taste personal burger recipes by the likes of Chefs Nathan Rich, Chris Huerta, Massimo Falsini, Gilles Dudognon, and more. In addition to an array of exquisite wines, taste limited-edition flavors presented by local brewers Barrel of Monks and Funky Buddha, along with giving cheers to a standout experience at Artisans of Wine & Food.
