2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine showcases deeply layered notes of fresh blackberry, boysenberry, preserves, Bing cherry, plum, and pomegranate on the nose with a faint aroma of white pepper. On the palate, this release has a very silky entry with supple tannins at the mid mouth. It finishes with layered mountain fruit components balanced with mouthwatering acidity and lingering tannins.
